On February 18th, 2012, Nate Siebert wrote an article in the Minnesota daily around Representative Phyllis Kahn of Minneapolis scheme of a new bill that could deject the drinking get along to 18. My proposal would allow anyone between the ages of 18 and 21 to drink legally in bars and restaurants and be able to purchase alcohol at any store, although there are limitations. They would be required to have a drinking endorse which allows them to a certain aggregate of alcohol each week. 18 year olds still in High School are restricted from get alcohol at any venue during school days and nights ask out for Friday night.
